- ¼ cup steel cut oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ½ apple, grated
- ½ zucchini, grated
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds, or preferred nuts/seeds
- 1 teaspoon BLACKCURRANT POWDER
- ½ cup preferred milk
Combine all ingredients into a jar, stirring well to combine.
Pop into the fridge to leave overnight.
Transfer mixture to a small saucepan. Over a low to medium heat, slowly warm the oats up. If required, add a little honey.
Serve topped with berries and a dollop of your favourite yoghurt or cream.
