  • 3 tablespoons grass-fed gelatin, recommend Changing Habits Gelatin Powder
  • 1 ½ cups filtered water
  • 1 tablespoon BLACKCURRANT POWDER
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Pinch salt
Mix the gelatin and water together in a small bowl and set it aside to bloom and thicken for a couple of minutes (until the gelatin has absorbed the water).

Add all remaining ingredients to a saucepan and heat on low.

Add in the gelatin and continue to stir until the gelatin has dissolved completely and the berries softened.

Taste test and adjust if necessary.

Pour the liquid into a glass container or moulds and allow the mixture to cool a little before transferring to the fridge to set.

Note: Prior to pouring the liquid into the container, you can pour it through a sieve to remove the any seeds if you feel the need to.

When set, slice into desired shape or pop out of the moulds before enjoying.
