- 250g mixed berries
- 1 tablespoon filtered water
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons honey, or preferred sweetener
- 2 teaspoons BLACKCURRANT POWDER
Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, roughly crush the berries with the back of a fork.
Give the jam a good stir and allow to simmer for a further 5-10 minutes, stirring regularly.
Once cooled, transfer to a glass jar and store in the fridge. Will keep for a couple of weeks in the fridge.
Serve alongside pancakes, on top of freshly baked sourdough or alongside biscuits and cheese – great with cheddar cheese! So good! So very good!
