Blackcurrant Chia Pudding, serves 1
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 150ml preferred milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon BLACKCURRANT POWDER
Combine all ingredients into a jar, stirring well to combine.

Pop into the fridge to leave overnight.

Serve topped with a dollop of your favourite yoghurt, nut butter, granola and seasonal fruit.
